Liisa Kallio luonnostelee ja piirtää aikaa käsitteleviä kuvia dokumenttikameran alla. Videokuva työskentelystä projisoituu seinälle ja galleria täyttyy viikon mittaan luonnoksista ja piirrosten eri syntyvaiheista. Intiimi luomiseen liittyvä haparointi ja harhapolut paljastuvat ja prosessi tulee näkyväksi.
Tervetuloa keskustelemaan taiteilijan kanssa tai vain seurailemaan hänen työtään.
Galleriasta voi ostaa myös Kallion kirjoja ja teoksia.

Saapuminen saareen:
Yhteysvene lähtee Kaivopuiston laiturista, Café Ursulan vierestä tasalta ja puolelta (klo 14.30 ei vuoroa).
Aikuisen meno-paluu 9 €. Lapset ja eläkeläiset 6 €.
Veneessä käy vain korttimaksu tai mobilepay.
Nosta laiturin valkoinen viitta ylös, jotta vene tietää tulla hakemaan.

Warmly welcome!
Liisa Kallio sketches and draws images under a document camera, exploring the concept of time. A live video feed of her work is projected onto the wall, and over the course of the week the gallery fills up with sketches and the various stages of drawings as they take shape. The intimate uncertainties and detours of the creative process are revealed, making the process visible.
Welcome to have conversations with the artist or simply observe her work in silence.
Books and artworks by Kallio will also be available for purchase at the gallery.

How to reach the island?
The ferry to the Harakka-island leaves from the pier next to Cafe Ursula in Kaivopuisto every 30 min.
Call the ferry by lifting the wooden call sign.
The ferry leaves from where it has last left passengers.
All required crossings will be covered when the ferry is moving.
(Please note that dogs are not allowed on Harakka.)
TUE – THU, from 9:00am to 10:00pm
FRI – SAT, from 9:00am to 00:00am
SUN – MON, from 9:00 am to 9:00pm
(no departure at 14.30pm)
Return ticket: 9 e adults, 4,5 e children.
N.B. Tickets cannot be paid with cash.
